Hard to imagine the dreary misery of permanent disability. How much more difficult it must be for those who cannot afford the cost of their special needs.
One of the most talented, and good looking guys to ever grace Hollywood (and im a straight guy lol). Hes the only superman for me. Aside from that, his movie Somewhere in time is one of my top 10 favorite movies.
Of every film in this genre (including all the shitty copy cats on Netflix and Amazon. Let's face it, people only watched the Kristen Bell one for her undeniable beauty), Rear Window with Christopher Reeve is the best. Hitchcock's original had technique, sure, but you can teach a dog technique. Reeve's version is more intense and way more powerful considering this is Reeve after his accident. Even with limited movement, he delivers. The man would have put out masterpiece after masterpiece to this day.
In order to save my life/ after many years of both therapy & anti-depressants/ I was advised on electric shock therapy (ECT) to help stabilize the situation & hopefully eliminate suicidal ideations & attempted tries. While it did allow me to feel what Most people take for granted (normalcy) for everyday life I was left with gaps of recall to this day & an immediate directional Deficit deficiency that required maps in my car just to drive to areas I had gone all my life. It was a curse & a blessing.
Still a great actor, even from a chair. Good director too🤩. This movie not as good as original, but good effort by Reeve. I think he overplayed the capabilities of a disabled person, not as realistic but understandable!! Reeve never gave up fighting for treatments/cure🤙!! He was a warrior!! He also was Hollywoods' best Superman🦸♂️!! RIP Chris 🌃

I never knew they made another one of Rear Winder. The first with Jimmy Stewart,

Dónde está el cuerpo?oh todo fue imaginación
Y donde esta el cadaver entonces
Sorry but there is nothing like the original from the Hitchcock master of thrillers. Granted difficult because Reeve's condition
This is a great edge of ur seat movie. And it's nice to see Christopher Reeves performing. He will be missed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Reeves played a role that he reenacted in true life.
Awesome movie! Christopher Reeve is an incredible actor!
“Big. It’s a technical term that means big.” (very Superman-esque line)
So sad watching Christopher Reeve in this role since that part was real! He still had that beautiful, magnetic smile!
Oh, This so should not have wound up being Christopher Reeves life in real life! I hope they can eliminate paralysis someday.
Sentimental hogwash. Silly script with some wooden cliched acting.
Best Actor Ever with such a Love of Life and a Determination that is Unmatched
First movie viewed was Superman the Movie as a young person
