Accidentally orgasmed during the night, is there no way to avoid this?

So last night was pretty unfortunate, I had to get an early sleep due to an early start this morning, managed to get to sleep at around 10 when at 2am I suddenly woke up to a you know what.

Managed to clean it up and get back to sleep but it was rather embarrassing, is there no way to avoid it happening again?
