So, a long time ago I accidently compared my boyfriend’s sex to my ex(described it as “amazing”, and when he was piped up to be like hey, what about our sex, I said it was good).
I felt awful about it, and have told him many times to not compare him to people from my past.
He’s become very insecure about this, and hasn’t been able to let it go. The other day he told me that I was his best(I was surprised) , and it hurt that he wasn’t mine.
I love him, and the sex is really good, but we aren’t in our 20’s anymore, and I don’t think that sex now will be as good as it was back then, due to numerous factors.
How do I navigate this?
