Hello, I have lived with my foreskin down for a while (still in high school). I don’t remember ever having it up (though, to be fair, most people don’t look at their dicks when they’re kids). Maybe this is because of a deformation I had in that area when I was born(which was fixed after birth). When I try to cover the head, it just goes back. I’ve read around and apparently having the head exposed results in decreased sensitivity in that region. How can I get it to stay pulled up again? If I do get it back to normal, is it possible to regain this sensitivity? My parents never told me about this stuff and I have had to learn it all on my own. I can still ask my dad, but I would rather that be a last resort.
