How does getting slashed across the chest put someone in a wheelchair? This movie is garbage. Seeing Snake Eyes run was the most cringiest scene in the movie. Glad I didn't waste my money watching this crap in theatres.
I didn't know much about G.I. JOE other than the action figures. I really enjoyed this movie. Retaliation is a slight improvement, but lack of memorable characters. So in other words, I like this movie better.
The Rock needs to stop forcing himself into every action movie, just to continue to be the same exact character in every movie. He ruins great movies like this

I needed the original Sargent Slaughter to be a guest appearance. Hawk, Duke, Flint, Lady Jay, Beach Head, Dial Tone… I need them ALL!! I don't know how Sigma six is so popular. Also Also what a sin NOT to give Brandon Fraser credit for being in this movie!!!!
This movie is fantastic and should have spawned an amazing movie franchise. However the second one ruined it. They were missing so many characters from this one it just wasn’t the same movie. Personally I feel like the Rock had a lot to do with a lot of the sequels problems. At least we have this one fantastic movie that if they didn’t have the cliffhanger with Zartan (I think that’s how you spell it) this movie is a good one off but even still it’ll always have a place in my heart.
I was never a big G. I. Joe fan and if I was then maybe I might've given it a lower rating for the stuff they may have gotten wrong but man, the action, cast, and story-telling were great! The chase through Paris with the suits and cars and the train, the final fight between Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow and the water fight, Sienna Miller and Rachel Nichols being gorgeous, it's all more than enough for me to have a blast!
Ladies and gentlemen, this is how you do a GI Joe film. You have some big-name actors, and you have a nice origin story especially for our villains. Unfortunately, the franchise was ruined by the sequel. The franchise had some potential.

I loved how the ice pack fell down through not just water but salt water. I gyess physics didnt get the part of physics.
