It's like they saw Precious and was like "hey let's do a movie like that!" But not nearly as good a lot of it… unfortunately falls on Vanessa Hudgens acting ability I think the role was just too dramatic for her. You couldn't emotionally connect to her because she was unable to bring that character to life at all points in the movie you knew that was Vanessa Hudgens she never convinced you it was her Apple was just a character she was playing in a movie a lot of it was that weird accent she tried to use it's almost like the director told her to do an impression of what she thinks Eminem sounds like😂 it's like she prepped for the role by watching 8 Mile
This movie is pointless, what leason is it teaching? Nothing, she threw out the opportunity to have a second chance in life over people that doesn't have anyone to offer them this same opportunity. SMH
Love this movie always, always will love this movie reminds me of my big sister Rosie she and I went through so much similar things pertaining to this movie. We went to go see it at the movies when it came out it was great then and it's great now.
