I can’t even describe how upset I am. I am positive I got it from my abusive ex, who was literally my first everything. I feel so dirty and gross, and I just feel like it’s over for me.
But the point of this post ig is I would like to know what the best way of disclosing this would be, I’ve been trying to think of how I can, but idek where I would start.
Also would you still have (protected) sex with someone knowing they have herpes?
Also if anyone has been in my shoes, please give me any advice you wish you’d have heard.
