I grew up really sheltered and surrounded by women that had… less than favorable opinions about men, especially their treatment of women and how selfish they are in bed.
I think I’m putting in a good effort in not being like that, but I still can’t help feeling guilty whenever I’m on the receiving end of pleasure during sex. At this point I know the feelings are illogical, I’ve asked my GF if she feels like I’m selfish at all and she’s said no. I should be satisfied with that but that guilty feeling still creeps into my mind and tends to actually pull me out of sex.
Is there any way to stop this?
