I (24m) have had this issue few weeks now ,every time I have masterbate or have sex with my boyfriend I physically ejaculate but don’t have an orgasm. It does not matter the type of sex, porn or no porn.
First I thought possibly stress, but there is nothing stressful happening in my life at the moment or recently.
Any ideas what could the cause of this?
If it persists I will visit the doctor to see if it’s some sort of medical issue, just wondering if anyone has experienced this before?
