I(M27) have the feeling I constantly need to pee after (almost) having an ejaculation only when i’ve had a couple of drinks(beers)

Its a very strange burning like sensation that happends when im close to, or after ejaculating. It kinda feels like there is some sperm or urine left in my urethra. The strange part is that it only happends when I’ve been drinking. Not drunk, just some drinks. Has anyone else experienced this or does it have a name?
