Improving stamina for riding dick while squatting?

Ok, so, hear me out lol. I’m a 26f that actively works out (gym & running) on a regular basis. I love me a riding position with feet flat on the bed, so, basically, squatting. I really enjoy it, I feel super sexy doing it, but I can do it 5min max and then my legs are dead. I’ve tried different hand placements, shifting my weight differently, etc, and so far no improvement lol. How do you guys incorporate this position & have you found any particularly helpful exercises for it?
