mentally prepare for anal

hi everyone I’ve tried looking through past threads but couldn’t find what I was really looking for so my question is how did y’all mentally prepare yourself for your first time doing anal? I feel like I’m ready but mentally I feel so anxious and I don’t know what to do to no feel that way?
