My girlfriend has never been tested for blood borne STDs and didn’t tell me – am I at risk?

As the title says, she says that it would be clear if she had HIV/Syphallis and that you can test for everything else via urine sample. Is this true?

She’s also travelled through Asia a lot and has a medium/high body count.
