I didn't dislike Chris Hemsworth in the Swayze slot role. But I'm sorry, this movie shouldn't have the Red Dawn name. It's not even close on a patriotic or emotional level. This only works if you are able to completely stop comparing it to the original. And thats a big ask. So it's fine if you haven't seen the original I guess. But nobody acted the way people would act in a scenario like this.
If i were an invading army, i would hit the west or east coast first. It would be a wasteland of blue hair dye and chest binders before the 2nd amendment patriots held the line.

The original version was better, however this movie has an underlying message. Prepare. Get familiar with what the 2 amendment meant. And for God sake…stop being a pu$$y.
I really hope they do another remake just to make up for this awful crap show!!! Such a missed opportunity. It’s like they didn’t want an AR in good sight or something???
In 2003 Rolling Rock was $2.22 a 6 pack on base in Pensacola, no tax either. I was from Montgomery so I went home almost every weekend and I'd fill the trunk slap full of Rolling Rock and other semi uncommon or import beers.
