He was not possessed, he was crazy and the only chance to get away with that murder was to convince everyone that he was possessed and to avoid a life sentence.

I hope all who reads this will realize your a sinner (we all are) and turn to Jesus and trust and believe that He died for your sins was buried and rose again the third day but trust in Him alone to save you from your sins and hell.
