They are all corrupt. AND…Where there is a black Messiah, you will haves dozens of Judas' and a bunch of sellouts (Reverend. Kelly). It shows are every city is run. Like the mafia
Great journalism. This and the book are worth the time. Really makes you think about the decision makers in positions of power in Denver and all American cities. This is a different type of bureaucratic manipulation not traditionally covered by the daily media.
