What is a pleasure dom and how does that differ from just a regular dom?

I see lots of men describing themselves as a pleasure dom. What does that mean? I’m not a submissive at all, but would I be compatible with a pleasure dom? Or is this just something a lot of guys say because they like the term and really have no idea what they are talking about?
