Together 4 years and this has always been an issue. Any time I do orgasm it’s because I’ve done foreplay with myself before engaging, and I use my vibrator. I brought this up to my husband again recently, how he’s never made me orgasm without me having to do a ton of work, and he said “sorry I can’t do that for you.” I feel like he doesn’t care enough to even try.
