I am a man in my 30’s who’s single after being in a LTR, and I want to increase my sex appeal.

Im a good looking guy, but I don’t know how to put myself in position to meet women.

When reflecting on your primal human nature-

What do you see in a guy that makes you want them?

Is it more the way the look from afar, or the approach and conversation aspect?

I don’t mean this specific to dating, but just having the urge to have sex with someone.
