All the Vanderpump Rules stars have been dishing on the reunion episodes, and this includes executive producer Andy Cohen, and he shared that he may have some regrets about a comment that he made while hosting the show. The main focus of the three-part reunion was the scandal where Tom Sandoval cheated on his long-time girlfriend Ariana Madix with their co-star Raquel Leviss. Now that that’s all out in the open, the reunion episodes were not kind to Tom and Raquel.
On the Tuesday, June 13, episode of Andy’s SiriusXM radio show, Radio Andy, he recalled his comment about Raquel being “really medicated” at the reunion, as it was known that she had entered a facility to help her mental health.
“I think it was, maybe, wrong of me to speculate on that.” He did acknowledge, however, that Raquel “sat there and she took it all on the chin like a champ.” Andy made a point that she did that for not only his comment but a lot of the comments from the rest of the cast as well.

With how long the scandal went on, it made sense that it could not be entirely unpacked in the three-part reunion. Andy revealed that there was a moment in his one-on-one interview with Raquel where she asked her about a heartfelt speech Ariana had made about her before everything came out. He also asked Ariana about it in the group setting, but that was cut as well, despite there being “so much there.” Since the scandal was ongoing for seven months before Ariana and the rest of the world found out, that’s a lot of time to have to cover in a short amount of time provided for the reunion. It can be assumed that a lot of juicy revelations were cut for the sake of time.
It is clear that Ariana doesn’t want to have anything to do with Tom or Raquel moving forward, which makes total sense. What isn’t clear is if Tom and Raquel are still seeing each other. While the two of them not being together could be seen as a win because they were wrong for getting together in the first place, it almost also seems like a loss because what did Tom throw everything away with Ariana for if he wasn’t going to stay with Raquel? Whether the two are together or not, they definitely got a little bit of what they deserve with their treatment at the reunion shows.
From the other cast members to even the host Andy Cohen, Tom and Raquel were definitely grilled at the reunion, and rightfully so. The only difference between the rest of the cast and Andy is that it doesn’t seem like they regret any comments they made toward the couple. While Raquel stayed mostly quiet and handled herself quite well, Tom on the other hand may have some regrets of his own, as some of the things he said at the reunion were quite out of pocket. Going forward, it will be interesting to see what Vanderpump Rules stars return to the show after one of the most hectic seasons viewers have seen so far.
