NBA 2K23 released two more locker codes in April 2023 that players can redeem to earn rewards in MyTeam. Since NBA 2K23 was released in September 2022, developers 2K have continued to release locker codes providing players with items for the MyCareer and MyTeam modes, including new superstar cards to add to their teams.
MyTeam sees players build a roster of basketball stars from the past and present before taking them onto the court. Like in Ultimate Team in the FIFA and Madden series’, regular promotions give players a chance to add to their teams with special cards and locker codes, offering another avenue to earn free stars. Players can add basketball stars to their team by using the in-game currency, which is earned through playing matches, but Locker Codes provides a shortcut. For example, players recently had the opportunity to add rapper Lil Wayne to their MyTeam in NBA 2K23.

Players can redeem the above rewards by entering the locker room codes in the Community Hub section of the MyTeam mode in NBA 2K23.
Players should redeem the rewards offered through locker codes as soon as possible, as once they expire, they are gone for good. Players can also earn free VC in NBA 2K23 My Team to help boost their rosters.
With two locker codes currently available, players can boost their squads, including with an Easter-based offer that grants one of three stars, Giannis Antetokounmpo (98 rating), Dennis Rodman (98 rating), or Alperen Sengun (97 rating). All three offer great potential and, even at this stage of the NBA 2K23 calendar, can be useful on the court alongside the numerous 99-rated players that have been released. Additionally, it is the third card in NBA 2K23 for Dennis Rodman, which is by far his highest rating.
2K continues to release Locker Codes through its Twitter accounts which players should keep an eye on for any time-limited rewards. With plenty of promotional events still to come in NBA 2K23 and the real-life NBA playoffs getting underway, we can expect to see more locker codes in the coming weeks. Those currently available in April offer impressive cards for MyTeam with high-rated stars for players to add in NBA 2K23.
