Bendy and the Dark Revival features ten humble memory items that players can discover across the game for the Self-Discovery achievement.
Bendy and the Dark Revival has finally launched, to the ecstasy of Bendy and the Ink Machine fans. This indie hit sends players back to Joey Drew Studios to battle ink monsters in a sepia-tone nightmare. The previous game was full of lore to discover, and its sequel is no exception. There are ten memory items throughout the entire game. These are mundane objects that, when fully collected, bestow the Self Discovery achievement.
The memories make an appearance in Bendy and the Dark Revival‘s trailer as Audrey picks up a signed baseball. Each item has a bit of flavor text explaining the emotional significance of the item. Most memories are found in storage containers, like lockers or cabinets. Only one memory can be permanently missed if players don’t find it during a flashback to Bendy and the Ink Machine Chapter One.

After hearing the Ink Demon, players can find the rubber duck in a locker past some knocked-over boxes. |

Engine Oil |
The engine oil is stuffed inside a trashcan (a reminder of the trashcan loot in The Long Dark) right of the Artist’s Rest exit. |

Alarm Clock |
When players find the elevator shaft in Chapter 3, they can break down a wall to find the alarm clock. |

Players can find the hat in a locker at the subway station. |
A man’s fashionable hat, perfect for a summer stroll in the park. It still smells of cotton candy and playful afternoons. |

When the game flashes back to Bendy and the Ink Machine Chapter One (which was released separately like Poppy Playtime Chapter One, although this sequel was released in full), check the area above the hallway for the crayons. This memory can be permanently missed if it is not found now. |

This memory is sitting to the left of the Pit’s door, on a barrel. |
A carton of milk, for growing up strong and healthy. Add some chocolate for a snack enjoyed by both young and old. |

Cracked Mug |
After players complete a side quest for Betty the housekeeper, the cracked mug can be found in the fountain at the entrance to Wilson’s Retreat. |
A cracked mug, lovingly repurposed into a plaything. It may be sad, but it still has life in it yet. |

Hot Dog |
Although not an edible item or a funky hat, players can find the hot dog in a locker within Wilson’s Laboratory. |

While it may take some time for players to scavenge all the memories in Bendy and the Dark Revival, doing so can show a glimpse of life and happiness within the walls of the terrifying animation studio.
