One of the songs that appears on the soundtrack — “The World is Ours” by The Werewolves — is an original piece written specifically for the slasher time travel film. And considering Kiernan Shipka’s Jamie Hughes travels back to 1987 to stop the Sweet Sixteen Killer, Totally Killer’s soundtrack includes plenty of well-known songs from the era, like Chris De Burgh’s “Lady in Red” and Bananarama’s cover of Shocking Blue’s “Venus.”

Every Song On The Totally Killer Soundtrack
“The World is Ours” by The Werewolves – “The World is Ours” plays at the start of Totally Killer, in the scene that introduces Jamie and her mom Pam’s relationship. Jamie is playing the song in her room while getting ready to go out and Pam tells her to turn it down. The song plays again about an hour into the film while Amelia is trying to adjust the time machine, and Chris interrupts her work to ask if it’s ready for his own nefarious purposes.
“Taleen Kalie” by Vague Flesh – This song plays when Chris is first talking to Jamie after her mother’s murder, and he tells her that Blake doesn’t like the true crime podcaster and has expressed as much. This is especially the case considering Blake thinks far more highly of Chris’ Pulitzer-winning father.
“Venus” by Bananarama – “Venus” plays after Jamie fights the Sweet 16 Killer and travels back to 1987 in the photo booth time machine. When she opens the curtain, Jamie sees a packed fairground with people sporting a different style than what she’s used to.
“Hearts Don’t Break” by Lizzie Borden & The Axes – “Hearts Don’t Break” plays when Jamie makes her way to her high school and enrolls herself after speaking with the office receptionist, who quickly hands her a class schedule and sends her on her way.
“He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not” by Bob Crawford – This song plays when Jamie and Lauren arrive at Tiffany’s party. Randall prevents Doug from entering the house because he doesn’t fit in, which serves as a hint that Doug is essentially an outcast with the group of people he stalks and later kills.
“Bizarre Love Triangle” by New Order – “Bizarre Love Triangle” plays during Tiffany’s party, where the teens are seen dancing, drinking, and having a good time. The scene is a bit intense because it’s right before Tiffany’s death, and Jamie has yet to find her to stop her murder.
“Lady in Red” by Chris De Burgh – “Lady in Red” is heard during Tiffany’s death scene, in which the Sweet 16 Killer comes out of the closet and stabs her 16 times. At the same time this is happening, Jamie is attempting to break into Tiffany’s parents’ bedroom to save her.
“Say You’re the Only One” by Sierra – This song plays in the car ride on the way to the cabin when Jamie admits she hasn’t been getting much sleep.
“Under Control” by Brian Carr – “Under Control” plays at the cabin where Jamie breaks down the rules about never being alone now that the killer is out there.
“Let the Music Play” by Shannon – This song is heard when the killer is attempting to murder Heather at the cabin. He turns up the music so that his stabbing isn’t heard.
“The Killing Moon” by Echo & The Bunnymen – “The Killing Moon” plays near the end of Totally Killer, before Jamie’s plan to catch the Sweet 16 Killer. It’s also when Kara says that the killings weren’t happening until Jamie showed up.
“Littlе Bit ‘o Soul” by The Linda Lindas – This song plays after Jamie returns from 1987, but many things have changed in her present timeline, including her name and family status. Lauren gives Jamie a notebook to flip through to see all the changes, and this is when “Little Bit ‘o Soul” is heard.

However, while the songs listed above are on the soundtrack, they appear alongside other songs on the playlists, as Prime Video has not released an official Totally Killer soundtrack for purchase. But since the film uses popular songs, they’re not hard to find online or on any individual music streaming service.
