How To Build Roads in Death Stranding (The Easy Way) – Armessa Movie News

[ad_1]

Death Stranding might seem like a walking simulator, but it opens up to include much more ways to travel. Here’s how players can build & use roads.

Quick Links

At first, Death Stranding might seem like a walking simulator; however, at some point, players will get the ability to build and use roads. Much like other infrastructure in Death Stranding, roads can be shared amongst other players and provide other benefits. Therefore, players must start building roads when the opportunity arises, especially if they have a vehicle.

Building roads and other infrastructure in Death Stranding can directly result in passive benefits. For example, the roads become a safe and fast way for the player’s bots to travel. It is also safer for players to travel on roads using their vehicles than in the hostile open world.

Much like every item in Death Stranding, building roads also requires vast resources. Players will require 2000 metal, 2000 Ceramics, and 300 Chiral Crystals for a road. Players can construct roads using the Auto Paver terminals located in the open world. Once players donate the required amount of resources to the Auto Paver, they will be able to construct a road.

Building these roads will also let players deliver and complete standard orders more efficiently. At some point, Sam will be tasked to venture out to new areas that aren’t connected to the Chiral Network. However, he will be tasked to revisit these locations, for which players should construct roads near these locations whenever possible. These roads will also benefit other players who have yet to explore these areas or don’t have fast travel points unlocked.

How To Farm Resources For Roads

While many resources are required to construct anything, there are ways players can farm resources in Death Stranding. To make the process faster, here’s everything players can do to collect Metal, Ceramics, and Chiral Crystals. To farm resources, players can follow the below methods that will help them collect the much-needed resources faster.

  • Chiral Crystals: Players can farm a lot of Chiral Crystals by going into a TimeFall storm to fight a few BTs. When a BT appears, it causes many Chiral Crystals to grow around its environment, which players can farm after defeating the nearly invisible beings.
  • Metal & Ceramics: The best way to get loads of Metal & Ceramics is to raid Death Stranding‘s MULE camps players find in the open world. It is important that players do not kill the enemies in these camps and only incapacitate them. These camps are full of resources that players can steal using a truck found within the camp.
  • Shared Locker: Another way players can farm resources is by removing and recycling equipment from Death Stranding‘s multiplayer-focused Shared Lockers. Since these resources will be used to build roads that other players also benefit from, it is an acceptable practice.
