You will need to find Rogue in the nightclub who will give you a set of objectives that need to be completed.

The “Chippin’ In” side gig isn’t very complicated; you simply need to complete all the objectives to get the Samurai Jacket. However, it is worth completing this side quest as it gives a look into Johnny Silverhand’s psyche towards the end, which adds a bit more context to the main story. Once the quest is completed, you will receive the Samurai Jackert as a reward.
