The sweetheart of Southern Charm, Kathryn Dennis, has once again found herself in trouble after being served with an eviction notice. The mother of two has had a rough couple of years thanks to her break up with Thomas Ravenel. After announcing her departure from the Bravo show, Kathryn was hoping to move on to a new venture.
According to Radar Online, Southern Charm’s Kathryn Dennis has been slapped with another eviction notice for her Charleston home. According to court documents, the mother of Kensie and Saint was sued by East Bay Apartments on March 8. The housing company is asking Kathryn to vacate her luxury apartment with monthly rent for most residents costing between $1,640 to $2,725 a month. The Bravo star has yet to reply to their request.
Southern Charm’s Kathryn Dennis Has Been Sued Before
According to The Sun, Kathryn is in dire financial straights. The Southern Charm star has been asking friends for money loans. As well as asking for money, Kathryn has also joined OnlyFans, charging $15 a month for a subscription, which included posts addressed to “babe” and minor life updates. This is the fourth time Kathryn has been served with a Rule to Vacate notice. The last notice was given back in November 2022 by the building’s owners, East Bay Apartments, who accused the Southern Charm star of not paying her rent.
Before that, Kathryn was also served while living at her last complex, West Edge Apartments. At the time, Mt Pleasant Investments LLC filed a Rule to Vacate notice against Kathryn on March 16, 2022. The LLC claimed that Kathryn skipped out on paying rent for February and March, totaling $9,252 in arrears. Kathryn’s current apartment, which was featured on Southern Charm, is a three-bedroom townhouse that goes for $6,400 a month. Fans were given a sneak of Kathryn’s apartment, which she shared with her ex-boyfriend Chleb Ravenell, during season 8. The townhouse had a new marble kitchen with stainless steel appliances and wall-to-ceiling windows in the living room.
The news of the eviction comes only months after Kathryn was axed from Southern Charm. At the time, Kathryn was outed for not being too kind to the cast or the production crew, which made it easy for the network not to offer a contract for season 9. Kathryn has also been embroiled in a years-long custody battle with Thomas after he was given custody and moved the children to Aiken, SC. Since then, Kathryn has been on a downward spiral and is almost at rock bottom.
