Alexandra Jarvis claims some of her castmates apologized for how they treated her and best friend Alexandra Rose on Selling the OC season 1.
Selling the OC star Alexandra Jarvis has come forward about where her relationships stand with fellow cast members after a drama-filled first season. The spin-off to popular Netflix series Selling Sunset was released in August and featured a whole new cast of Oppenheim Group real estate agents. Unlike the original Selling Sunset series, Selling the OC’s cast featured both men and women, which introduced a whole new level of issues between cast members.
From the start, Alexandra Jarvis and best friend Alexandra Rose took the most on-screen heat from the cast. Fellow Oppenheim Group realtor Alex Hall called the girls “bullies” episode after episode, with no clear reasoning given to back up this claim. Although its unclear whether she was referring to Alex Hall specifically, Alexandra Jarvis told E! News that she has received apologies from a few members of the cast after the season was released. Jarvis teased that the “Dynamics in the office have completely changed.” When prompted for further elaboration she said she would “just have to leave it at that and let people see.”
Netflix Is Keeping Quiet About Selling the OC Season 2
While Selling the OC season 2 has yet to be confirmed by Netflix, Jarvis’ statement that people would have to wait and see made many fans hopeful that the show has been renewed and will potentially begin filming soon. Although no release date for Selling the OC season 2 has been officially announced, many fans are betting that season 2 will be released sometime next summer. The original Oppenheim Group series Selling Sunset has already announced its renewal for seasons 6 and 7.
If fans have learned anything from Selling Sunset, it’s that realtors love to designate a villain. And regardless of whether she actually is one, Christine Quinn sure knows how to play the villain. What started as shady comments and petty gossip in the first season soon escalated into potentially career ending drama when Christine was accused of bribing a client to give her their listing over fellow Oppenheim Group agent Emma Hernan. While this accusation pushed Christine further into actual villainous territory, she has generally been an enjoyable and likable villain with an engaging storyline.
The villainous actions of Selling the OC are a whole different story, and Alexandra Jarvis is not the culprit. One of the most shocking storylines was when Oppenheim Group realtor Kayla Cardona came on strong to married castmate Tyler Stanaland. During an office night out, Kayla reportedly tried to kiss Stanaland and told him “No one has to know.” Fans became even more confused when Alex, the same person who accused Jarvis of being phony, was shown cuddling with Stanaland three episodes into the show. Tyler and wife Brittany Snow have since split, and fans can only wonder what influence this development may have had on the change in office dynamics Alexandra Jarvis hinted at.
